🍲 Insalata di Quinoa con Verdure
dosi per 2 persone
140g di quinoa
una zucchina
una carota
un peperone rosso
un trancio di salmone (130g circa)
un pizzico di sale
un filo d’olio

Cuoci la quinoa come istruzioni nella confezione.
Per la versione cruda unisci in una ciotola le verdure tagliate a cubetti.
Unisci la quinoa, mescola e condisci con un pizzico di sale e un filo d’olio a crudo
Per la versione cotta fai saltare le verdure tagliate a cubetti con un goccio d’acqua e un pizzico di sale.
Una volta cotte le verdure unisci la quinoa cotta e fai saltare qualche istante.
Condisci con un filo d’olio a crudo.

2 uova
una zucchina grattugiata
