Esercizi Addominali e Varianti di Plank

Allenamento completo per addominali e core stability con esercizi di media difficoltà.

Il workout è suddiviso in 3 blocchi di lavoro, nel primo blocco alterniamo varianti di crunch e plank, nel secondo blocco ci concentriamo maggiormente sul lavoro sull’addome e concludiamo con il terzo blocco dove lavoreremo principalmente con varianti di plank.

Il workout non ha riscaldamento e defaticamento, è molto utile in combinazione ad altri workout per costruire una sessione di allenamento personalizzata in base alle proprie esigenze.
