Allenamento ad alta intensità con focus tonificazione gambe e glutei.
Un ottimo workout per chi ha un buon livello di allenamento e ha come obiettivo la riduzione del grasso corporeo.

Gli allenamenti HIIT migliorano il consumo di grassi a riposo e ci permettono di prolungare il consumo calorico nelle ore successive all’allenament.

Faremo due giri di circuito con tempi di lavoro 30:20, esercizi combinati e brevi sessioni di recupero attivo tra ogni esercizio.

Ottima sessione per chi si allena già da tempo con il livello intermedio e desidera passare gradualmente al livello avanzato.
