In questa versione utilizziamo 4 blocchi a circuito, incrementando la difficoltà nei tempi nel terzo e nel quarto blocco.

Ricordiamo che i workout HIIT sono allenamenti ad alta intensità, l’esecuzione degli esercizi deve essere veloce ma solo se riusciamo a mantenerla precisa, la corretta esecuzione degli esercizi viene sempre prima di tutto il resto 🙂
