Allenamento total body con esercizi a corpo libero, pesetti ed esercizi mirati, utile sia per un programma di tonificazione, sia per un programma orientato al dimagrimento.

Il workout inizia con un breve riscaldamento, poi passiamo ad un blocco per gambe e glutei a corpo libero, continuiamo con un blocco per la parte superiore con i pesetti e terminiamo il workout con una sessione a terra con esercizi mirati per glutei e core stabilty.
