Allenamento cardio ad alta intensità completo e dinamico!

Iniziamo il workout con un breve riscaldamento per preparare il corpo poi passiamo ai blocchi in HIIT a tempi crescenti:

1° blocco: 30s di alta intensità e 10s di recupero attivo
2° blocco: 40s di alta intensità e 15s di recupero attivo
3° blocco: 50s di alta intensità e 15s di recupero attivo

Questo workout è molto intenso e può essere utilizzato come unico blocco di allenamento durante la tua sessione.

Concludiamo il workout con un breve defaticamento, per una sessione di allenamento ottimale aggiungi una sessione di stretching completa dopo aver terminato il workout.
