Il workout è composto da esercizi per migliorare la core stability, isometrie, esercizi di tonificazione addominale con crunch e varianti plank.

Gli esercizi proposti sono di difficoltà medio alta, è richiesto un buon livello di preparazione.

Ricordiamo che per ottenere un addome piatto non è necessario allenare eccessivamente la zona addominale, piuttosto sarà necessario concentrarsi sulla riduzione del grasso corporeo generale con una corretta alimentazione e un programma di allenamento total body che ci permetta di migliorare il consumo di grassi e di ottimizzare il consumo calorico settimanale.
