In ogni blocco alterniamo il lavoro sulla parte superiore del corpo con il lavoro sulla core stability.
Questa alternanza ci permette un lavoro più dinamico e funzionale.
Nel terzo blocco di lavoro alziamo i tempi e aumentiamo la difficoltà degli esercizi.
Il workout ha un breve riscaldamento e un breve blocco di stretching, può essere svolto come unico allenamento, combinato ad un blocco per gambe e glutei o cardio.
