Allenamento veloce con esercizi di tonificazione per della parte superiore.

14 minuti di lavoro combinato con esercizi in piedi e a terra sul tappetino.
La sessione è composta di 2 blocchi di lavoro con i pesetti.

Primo blocco con focus sulla tonificazione di bicipiti, tricipiti e spalle con esercizi singoli e combinati in piedi.
Secondo blocco con focus petto e tricipiti a terra con pesetti e plank.

Questa sessione con esercizi per braccia e spalle con pesetti è ottima per essere combinata ad altri workout.

Gli esercizi in questo video sono da 20 secondi ed è sempre presente un piccolo recupero di 10 secondi tra gli esercizi.
