Sessione completa con esercizi di stretching ed esercizi di mobilizzazione articolare per migliorare il proprio stato di benessere, migliorare la mobilità articolare, aumentare la flessibilità e l’elasticità muscolare.

In questa sessione lavoriamo su tutto il corpo, iniziando da subito il lavoro sul tappetino.
Nella prima parte ci concentriamo sulla zona centrale e inferiore del corpo, poi saliamo in piedi per eseguire esercizi per la parte centrale e superiore del corpo.

Durante la sessione combiniamo esercizi di mobilizzazione, stretching attivo e passivo.

Per eseguire correttamente gli esercizi ricordiamo di utilizzare una corretta respirazione ed eseguire i movimenti lentamente raggiungendo il proprio limite senza forzare sulle singole pozioni.
