Gli esercizi ad alta intensità richiedono una perfetta tecnica di lavoro, per questo il livello è base plus, anche se gli esercizi sono di facile esecuzione sarà importante averli appresi bene ed eseguirli con padronanza e controllo.
Il circuito è composto da 3 giri con 3 esercizi divisi per zona, iniziamo con gambe e glutei, poi passiamo a braccia e core stability e terminiamo con un esercizio cardiovascolare.
