Allenamento GAG senza salti con sessioni mirate per gambe, glutei e addominali.

Questo workout è molto completo, nella prima parte lavoriamo in piedi con 3 blocchi a difficoltà crescente che ci permetteranno di fare un ottimo riscaldamento e dare il massimo man mano che la difficoltà aumenta.

Nella seconda parte del workout scendiamo a terra per lavorare in modo più mirato su glutei e addominali.

Negli esercizi a terra per gambe e glutei abbiamo utilizzato le cavigliere ma gli esercizi possono essere svolti anche a corpo libero.

Concludiamo il workout con una breve sessione di defaticamento e stretching.
