Allenamento mirato di tonificazione di gambe e glutei senza salti.
Un ottimo workout che ci aiuta ad aumentare il consumo calorico grazie al cardio senza salti e a tonificare la muscolatura con gli esercizi più impegnativi.

19 minuti di lavoro mirato della parte inferiore con 3 giri di circuito a difficoltà crescente.
Saranno presenti esercizi singoli e combinati ad alta sollecitazione muscolare di gambe e glutei.

Tempi di lavoro: 20s di esercizio impegnativo, 20s cardio a media intensità, 10s cardio leggero.
