Di questo workout abbiamo creato 3 versioni, questa è la versione più impegnativa.
Il primo blocco è composto da due sessioni cardio total body, due sessioni in interval training per gambe e glutei e due mini sessioni di tonificazione in piedi per la parte inferiore.
Il secondo blocco aumentiamo la difficoltà con due sessioni di cardio e tonificazione in inerval training a tempi crescenti.
Il workout è completo di riscaldamento e defaticamento.
