Allenamento completo in interval training senza salti per allenare tutto il corpo.
Il workout è di livello avanzato, richiede una buona preparazione fisica.

L’allenamento è composto da 2 blocchi, il primo è un circuito di due giri composti a loro volta da una fase in piedi e una fase a terra sul tappetino.
Il secondo blocco, più impegnativo aumenta lo stimolo muscolare e alterna il lavoro sulla parte superiore e sulla parte inferiore del corpo.

Il workuout è completo di riscaldamento e defaticamento.
