64 minuti in cui combiniamo diverse tecniche di allenamento per un risultato allenante davvero elevato.

Faremo una sessione cardio iniziale, un circuito HIIT a tempi variabili, una sessione di tonificazione per la parte inferiore, cardio con la corda, tonificazione mirata con cavigliere, un blocco per la parte superiore con pesetti e una sessione finale di tonificazione addominale.
