Gli esercizi di pilates presenti nell’allenamento ci aiutano a tonificare la muscolatura profonda e migliorano la nostra flessibilità.
Iniziamo l’allenamento con una prima fase di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione in piedi, poi ci concentriamo sul lavoro per gambe e glutei.
Nel secondo blocco di allenamento scendiamo sul tappetino e ci concentriamo su glutei, addome, braccia e schiena.
Terminiamo la sessione di allenamento con una breve fase di stretching.
Consigliamo di svolgere questa sessione di allenamento come unica sessione della giornata.
