Sessione veloce e intensa per rinforzare la core stability, un ottimo mini allenamento da inserire come ultima parte dell’allenamento quando vogliamo aumentare il lavoro su addominali e core.

Gli esercizi proposti sono di difficoltà medio alta, è richiesto un buon livello di preparazione con tempi di lavoro da 30 secondi e 15 secondi di recupero tra ogni esercizio.

Ricordiamo che per ottenere un addome piatto non è necessario allenare eccessivamente la zona addominale, piuttosto sarà necessario concentrarsi sulla riduzione del grasso corporeo generale con una corretta alimentazione e un programma di allenamento total body che ci permetta di migliorare il consumo di grassi e di ottimizzare il consumo calorico settimanale.

Nei plank sarà importante mantenere addome e glutei contratti per ottenere una posizione stabile e non sovraccaricare la zona lombare.

Questa mini sessione è completa di riscaldamento e di un piccolo defaticamento.
