Questa è la versione più impegnativa della serie Plank Evolutions, composta da 3 workout!

Gli esercizi proposti sono impegnativi, è richiesto un ottimo livello di preparazione.
I tempi di lavoro sono da 30 e 40 secondi con soli 15 secondi di recupero tra ogni esercizio.

Ricordiamo che per ottenere un addome piatto non è necessario allenare eccessivamente la zona addominale, piuttosto sarà necessario concentrarsi sulla riduzione del grasso corporeo generale con una corretta alimentazione e un programma di allenamento total body che ci permetta di migliorare il consumo di grassi e di ottimizzare il consumo calorico settimanale.

Nei plank sarà importante mantenere sempre addome e glutei contratti per ottenere una posizione stabile e non sovraccaricare la zona lombare.

Questo allenamento è completo di riscaldamento e di un mini defaticamento.
