Versione più impegnativa di questo workout!

Primo blocco: 7 minuti di allenamento HIIT ad alta sollecitazione muscolare con tempi 30:20 ed esercizi combinati.
Secondo Blocco: 5 minuti di allenamento HIIT più impegnativo dove aumentiamo i tempi di lavoro a 40 secondi.

E’ un allenamento veloce e molto impegnativo, sono quindi richieste precisione e ottima tecnica di esecuzione negli esercizi proposti.
Questa sessione è completa di riscaldamento e defaticamento/stretching.
