Allenamento completo per principianti con focus sulla parte superiore del corpo.

Iniziamo il workout con un primo blocco composto da esercizi cardiovascolari per riscaldarci ed aumentare l’intensità, questo blocco ci permetterà anche di aumentare il consumo energetico e migliorare il nostro bilancio calorico settimanale.

Il blocco con i pesetti è misto, faremo esercizi a corpo libero ed esercizi con pesetti per non sovraccaricare eccessivamente il corpo.
