Questa sessione è molto impegnativa, iniziamo con una prima di fase di mobilizzazione in piedi, poi passiamo alla tonificazione di gambe e glutei e proseguiamo con un circuito total body da 2 giri a terra.

Respirazione ed esercizi eseguiti con precisione sono i due elementi più importanti di questa sessione di allenamento.
