Il workout è un multi circuito di 2 giri con esercizi a difficoltà crescente diviso in 3 blocchi di lavoro.
Iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento e con un blocco dinamico senza pesi.
Il blocco successivo è si concentra principalmente sulla tonificazione di braccia e spalle in piedi, poi passiamo ad un blocco dedicato al core e nell’ultimo blocco alterniamo esercizi per la core stability ed esercizi con i pesi sul tappetino.
Questo allenamento è molto completo e impegnativo, consigliamo di non eccedere con il peso.
