abbiamo inserito 5 blocchi di allenamento, ognuno darà stimoli diversi al tuo corpo grazie alla combinazione di più tecniche di allenamento.

Questo workout è molto impegnativo quindi se durante il workout trovi difficoltà in alcuni blocchi, passa ai successivi.

Struttura Challenge:

Blocco 1: Riscaldamento
Blocco 2: Interval Training Gambe e Glutei
Blocco 3: Tabata Sprint
Blocco 4: Cardio HIIT
Blocco 5: Stretch & Tone (Core, glutei e stretching)
