Workout total body completo e molto dinamico con esercizi cardiovascolari ed esercizi ad elevato stimolo muscolare per tonificare il corpo e consumare calorie.

Iniziamo il workout con cardio e tonificazione in piedi, poi scendiamo a terra per un blocco mirato su glutei e addominali e continuiamo il workout con blocchi combinati di cardio a corpo libero e corda.

Ricordiamo che la corda è opzionale, nel video verranno mostrati gli esercizi alternativi se non siete in possesso della corda 😉
